Mary’s. Free Range Organic, bone-in Turkey Breast. Brine: water, sugar, salt, spices. Butter, lemon, thyme, onion, garlic, salt & pepper.

Re-heating instructions:

First, preheat your oven to 325° F.

Take breast out of refrigerator 1 hour before reheating. Place in a roasting pan. Pour 1/2 cup of water in the bottom of the pan and cover the breast with a tented sheet of aluminum foil.

Bake for 30 minutes, or until the turkey is 125° F. The time may vary slightly dependent on the size of your breast and oven.

To prevent the turkey from drying out, it is important to keep the turkey covered during the reheating process.
